Let’s start with an introductory phone call to determine if your goals and timeline align with my talents and availability. If we are in sync, let’s schedule a consultation. An initial consultation is $150 and lasts approximately an hour and a half. That fee can be applied to future services if we choose to move forward. During the consultation, we will meet in your space. We will discuss your design desires and needs, your likes and dislikes, and I will ask as many questions as possible to determine your preferred design style and vision. My goal during a consultation is to walk away with a sense of your personal style and an overall understanding of what you would like to achieve.

This is a great option if you love what you have, but don’t know what to do with it. Perhaps you just moved into a new home and don’t know how to make your old furnishings and decor work in your new space. Maybe you are just looking to mix things up and need a fresh perspective. Are those built ins driving you crazy? I would love to help you style your shelves. If we decide this is the best option for you, the rate is $100 per hour for my time in your home or $130 per hour if I need to bring along an assistant. An assistant will be needed for moving any large furniture items or rugs, hanging any heavy artwork or mirrors, or anything that may require an extra set of hands. If any extra large items or valuable antique pieces need to be moved, extra fees may be involved as I may need to bring in extra professionals to help. Before I begin a project in your home, I will provide an estimate of the anticipated timeline to complete the project as well as any extra expenses I anticipate due to bringing in extra help.

Do you like your furniture, but the room just doesn’t feel complete? Are you someone who likes to DIY a project on your own, but needs some inspiration? Maybe you are having a difficult time deciding on a color palette. If you can relate to any of these, it may be possible that all you need is a personalized mood board to get you rolling! The fee for a mood board is $250. This includes two free edits. From a mood board you will get ideas for paint colors, textiles, artwork, furniture and decor. If you like to search on your own and enjoy decorating your own spaces, this might be just the fuel needed to get you moving in the right direction.

This option takes your DIY to the next level. For this option, I will come in and measure your space and create a floor plan. I will optimize the best layout for your room and ensure that it has a great flow. Working along with a personalized mood board, I will select furnishings that are the correct scale for the space and you will be able to visualize those in a 3D format. Each of the items on the mood board will be personally selected for your space based on your style and measurements of the room. I will provide you with links to the items you can purchase on your own and you get to follow the road map I create for you. The fee for this service is $750 and incudes two free edits. Additional consultation time may be billed at an hourly rate.

This option includes the mood board, layout, me personally shopping for all of the decor to bring the space together, and full installation to provide you with a completed professional look. The items I shop for could include, artwork, throw pillows & blankets, baskets, plants, lamps, etc… In my mind, these are truly the elements that make a space shine! If you choose this option, I provide links to you for you to purchase any large furniture items, rugs, mirrors or heavy artwork. I prefer for you to handle the ordering and receiving of those items. I will store all decor items that I shop for until the day of installation. I will provide you with an estimated budget for the items I intend to purchase. An itemized price list of the items used will be provided once installation is completed. For a full service project, I charge a flat rate that incudes my design services + shopping time and an hourly rate for the day of installation. These rates may vary depending upon the scope of the project and size of the space. A flat rate fee for an average room may be in the range of $1500-$3000. The hourly rate for the day of installation is billed at $130 per hour for my time and my assistant. If any contractors are needed for anything such as installing lighting, painting, flooring, or any custom work, they are to be paid directly. If I am needed to assist with project management, additional fees will be negotiated.

If your space has good bones, but you just need to bring it to life, I can be your magical design fairy! For this option, we would meet in your space and talk about your desires and style goals. I would create a mood board for inspiration and shop for all of the decor to pull the room together. If large rugs or heavy mirrors are required for the space, I may ask that you handle the ordering and receiving of those. The fee for this service will vary based on the scope of what is needed. I will determine a flat rate that will include the mood board and my shopping time. In addition, an hourly rate will be billed for the installation. $100 per hour for my time or $130 hourly for myself and an assistant. Any additional contractors that may be needed for something such as installing lighting, painting or hanging wallpaper, will be paid directly.
